Placing an order with our online store is simple and convenient. When you see a book you wish to purchase, simply add it to your cart. We provide simple instructions as you navigate our site to remove, modify or add additional books before you proceed to our secure ordering form. We use 128-bit security protocol (SSL) to ensure your credit card information is secure.

All orders must be prepaid by credit card, check or money order drawn in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt and verification of payment.

Christian Pages accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal payments.

Orders paid by personal and company checks are held for 7 business days or until checks clear the bank before orders can ship. Orders paid by money order are shipped immediately upon receipt. Payment must include the appropriate shipping charge(s).

If you wish to cancel your order, please return your order confirmation email to us stating your intention to cancel the order. Because we strive to process orders immediately, it may not be possible to stop an order from being shipped. Please return the order following our returns instructions. Where your order is returned to us within 12 days (45 days for overseas orders) of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full.

If for any reason you would like to return the book you have purchased from us, we will refund your full purchase price provided the book is returned within 12 days of receipt in the same condition it was shipped in. If you are an overseas customer, we will refund your full purchase price provided the book you have purchased from us is returned within 45 days of receipt in the same condition it was shipped in. We ask that you email us beforehand at books@Christian-Pages.com to advise us about the return. Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility. We will refund your full purchase price once we receive the returned order. Credit will be issued to the credit card account used to make the purchase. If payment was via mailed check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Note: For your protection, we suggest shipping your return using a service that will allow for a traceable shipment.

We are committed to process all orders upon receipt. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately. Orders placed by 1:00 PM (CST) on weekdays will generally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CST) will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Books ship via the United States Post Office. All books are wrapped with care, well-padded and shipped boxed or in padded envelope.  Only a single book less than one inch thick or smaller can fit into a Global Priority cardboard envelope.

Shipping FOB shipping point (origin)

FOB shipping point (origin) means that the buyer pays the shipping cost, assumes ownership of the goods in transit and handles filing of lost mail claim with USPS if any.  We mail out all shipments with USPS tracking number and cannot be responsible for item not received when USPS website is showing that the item is delivered.


Shipping & Handling Rates

Please select the shipping option that best suits your needs. Note that these are estimates only of when you may expect delivery for the shipping option of your choice. Business days are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days.

The shipping cost will be computed when you place your online order. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. All rates are in US dollars. In the rare instance the shipping calculation is off we will inform you of any necessary changes before we complete the processing of your order. Our shipping method on orders outside the United States is via United States Postal Service International. Delivery time varies depending on customs and destination. Most orders arrive in 1-4 weeks.

Shipping options and prices may vary from those described above for oversize/large books and multi-volume sets. Generally, shipping is charged for each book (or each volume in a multi-volume set) shipped. When possible, Christian Pages will make every effort to find the best shipping option and rate available and will notify you before we complete the processing of your order.

Drop Shipments

Christian Pages will drop ship book orders to any gift-to or ship-to address once the billing information of the credit card used to place the order is confirmed and verified. We will email a copy of the receipt to the purchaser and the USPS label ID tracking number to pass on to the recipient. No receipt will be sent with the order.

We are strongly committed to securing our customers’ transactions, protecting their credit cards and securing our website from hackers. Comodo, our third-party vendor, monitors and tests daily our website for new vulnerabilities and security risks. The TrustLogo digital certificate displayed on our website is an assurance that you can shop online knowing that your personal information is protected at the highest industry standards.

Our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use 128-bit SSL encryption technology to secure our customers’ credit card transactions. This technology encrypts all of our customers’ personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We never had any fraudulent use of credit card reported as a result of purchases made with us.

Customer Privacy

Our website uses an order form for customers to use when ordering books. We request customer contact information (name, address and email address) and financial information (payment information to make purchases) on their order form. The customer contact information is used to contact the customer when questions arise about the order. The customer financial information is used to bill the book purchases. We never sell customer contact information. We never keep customer financial information in our database, and all financial information are deleted from our system within 24 hours of book purchase.
